Full Service Training
At Future Concepts' secure research, development and manufacturing facility in San Dimas, California, we have the ability to provide full product training, including utilization of our Mobile Command Vehicles and Emergency Operation Centers to simulate actual scenarios for intensive incident command training.
Courses are held in a structured classroom environment that span two days of engaging and interactive learning.
24-Hour Technical Support
The support team at Future Concepts is always available and ready to assist in any problems you may be experiencing. All of our technical staff are on call day and night.
Future Concepts' facility has the ability to provide and maintain full support during disasters and infrastructure failure and offers a complete stand-by Emergency Operations Center and computer workstations.
Future Concepts supports its systems and network both on- and off-site, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Technical Specialists are always available to answer questions or troubleshoot an issue.
Warranties, Maintenance and other Support
The Antaresx network, like any other secured, closed internal network requires constant maintenance, monitoring and updating of both hardware and software, as well as access, restrictions and permissions controls.
Typically, agencies or companies will have an I.T. department or team perform these functions. In the complex mobile/fixed environment of Antaresx, Future Concepts provides the technical expertise to perform these functions.
Future Concepts provides maintenance packages on its products, and offers the following services: Technical support, subscription services, and warranty services.
Vehicle Upgrades and Retrofitting
Future Concepts will refurbish existing agency vehicles. Our company will evaluate, design and install systems, make modern interior improvements and provide true incident management capabilities. We provide capabilities, not just a working environment, by integrating the Antaresx network into your current vehicle. Future Concepts can retrofit your existing vehicle, design and build a complete unit from the conceptual phase to finished product, or can work with your selected vehicle builder to integrate an Antaresx system. All system installations are completed at the Future Concepts facility.
Software Upgrades
With new technology and improvements made within our systems, we offer upgrades to make the systems faster, stable and reliable.
